"We're
there to Keep you in the Air!"
Our Mission
For us, it’s a great deal more than just aircraft maintenance.
It’s about our commitment to safety, reliability and professionalism.
We are in the business of helping our regular maintenance clients enjoy safe flight, protect the investment they have in their aircraft, and minimize their downtime. Our clients appreciate us for our thoroughness and the value our expertise brings to their operation.
We believe our effectiveness comes from our culture and values as much as from our combined maintenance skills. It is by these values that we evaluate our opportunities and ourselves to move us forward in a deliberate accountable manner.
Our Values
- Safety -
We focus our efforts on choosing the best in quality products and services and using our technical knowledge to keep our customer, their aircraft and their passengers safe. We live and breath safety.
- Reliability -
We perform consistently and continually improve to minimize our customer’s downtime and help their operation reach its full potential. We pride ourselves on doing it right the first time.
- Professionalism -
We act with focus, care, efficiency, and discipline. We are proud of our work, our relationships, and our industry. We are passionate about our attitude. We enjoy leading. We give our best.
- Trust -
We earn the trust of our clients by sharing our expertise and delivering superior workmanship and outstanding customer service. We respect the relationships we have with our industry, our clients, our co-workers, our suppliers, our regulators and our competition.
- A Team-Approach -
We work side-by-side and collectively take responsibility for all that we do. We openly communicate. We are upbeat. We think in terms of company, client, and industry success.
- Re-Investment -
We aim to achieve a fair profit to ensure our sustainability, to capture growth opportunities and to support our industry and our community. We invest in the future.
- Well-Being -
We appreciate each other at work and respect our differences. We value our lives beyond work and strive to achieve work-family balance. We take care of ourselves.
Our Vision
We are a leading Approved Maintenance Organization in the industry, set apart because of our intent to deliver more than just acceptable maintenance.
We are known for our distinct regard for customer safety and customer service, our outstanding work, our expertise, our professionalism, and our commitment to modeling strong leadership. We are successful because we are dedicated to safety, teamwork and continual improvement.
We say with great pride: "We're There to Keep You in the Air."
