New MapStar Version 5.3 released - February 2007

To download the new version, click here (This is the demo version, but if you have an authorized MapStar
version, it will update your current version to 5.3)

New Firmware Available, WAAS 6.8J

We have a new WAAS firmware available for your SATLOC receivers. This update added the selection of the WAAS preferred satellite preventing lightbar jumping when switching WAAS satellites.

This update is mandatory.

Firmware & Software Updates

The off-season is the best time to service your GPS unit.

Keeping your receiver and operating software up-to-date is one of the best ways to ensure smooth operation of your system. If your GPS doesn't understand what information the satellites are transmitting, your system is apt to underperform. If you have a system that occassionally freezes, the lightbar is "jumpy", or repeatability is poor, these updates may be what you need.
